Electrical construction experience across warehouse environments designed around very different operational needs.
Our warehouse experience includes work at The Chefs’ Warehouse in Opa-locka and KeHE Distribution Center in Hialeah, two large-scale food distribution facilities built around refrigerated, frozen, and other specialized storage environments. Our experience also includes work at Crozier Fine Arts in Davie, a facility designed around the specialized storage and handling of fine art.
Our hands-on electrical experience across these projects took place within warehouse environments built around very different uses and operating conditions. While the building type may be similar, what happens inside it can change what the project requires and how the work needs to come together
A warehouse is more than an open building with racks and equipment. Its purpose shapes the environment. Understanding what the facility is built to support is part of understanding the electrical work that goes into it.
