Electrical construction experience inside a specialized environment where motorsports, automotive infrastructure, and hospitality come together.

Our specialty construction experience includes work at The Concours Club in Opa-locka, a private automotive resort built around a 2+ mile high-performance driving circuit. Located within the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, the property combines motorsports infrastructure with hospitality, vehicle storage and service areas, private garages, dining, lounges, and other member amenities.

Our hands-on electrical experience at The Concours Club included work across the complex as part of the electrical construction of this specialized environment. The project brought together spaces with very different purposes—from automotive and support areas to hospitality and member-facing environments—within a single development.

Specialty projects don’t always fit neatly into familiar categories. Different spaces, systems, and uses can exist side by side, and the work has to adapt to what each one demands.

When the project is different, the thinking has to move with it.
