Electrical construction experience across residential projects, from conventional construction to high-volume modular production.

Our residential experience includes electrical construction across individual homes as well as high-volume modular housing production. The work has covered the typical residential electrical scope, including rough-in, wiring, panels, devices, smoke detectors, fans, residential kitchens, and final installations.

That experience also includes work at Z Modular’s manufacturing facility in Killeen, Texas, where residential modules moved through a production-line environment before being transported and assembled on site. Electrical work was performed as part of that manufacturing process, with multiple units progressing through different stages of construction at the same time.

Residential construction can take very different forms. A single home and a high-volume modular production line may require different ways of organizing the work, but the fundamentals remain the same: Understand the sequence, execute each stage correctly, and keep the work moving toward a finished home.
